Fees
Home birth: $6,000 + tax. This is a global fee that includes all prenatal visits, labor & birth services, having a 2nd midwife at your birth, and 6 weeks of postpartum/well baby care.
Postpartum “Hybrid” Care: $1500 + tax. Includes all postpartum & well baby visits.
Well Woman / Gyn Care: $150/visit + tax.
Options Counseling: sliding scale/pay-what-you-can, $0 - $50/hour
Fertility & Insemination (IUI) Services: $150 for one IUI cycle. Two IUIs in once cycle is $250.

Wildwood Midwifery accepts cash, check, Venmo, or Paypal payments, as well as payments made through a Health Savings Account (HSA).
Wildwood Midwifery can provide you a super bill for private insurance reimbursement. Please note that we are “out-of-network” providers with most commercial insurance companies, which means that our services are often not covered at a full percentage rate.
The midwives at Wildwood Midwifery are approved Medicaid providers in the state of New Mexico, and can bill for those who have BCBS or Presbyterian Turquoise Care plans.
We believe that midwifery care should be available to all who are eligible and desire these services - therefore, sliding scale fees and payment plans are available as needed/requested.
