Fees
Home birth: $5,000 + tax. This is a global fee that includes all prenatal visits, labor & birth services, and 6 weeks of postpartum/well baby care.
Postpartum “Hybrid” Care: $1500 + tax. Includes all postpartum & well baby visits.
Well Woman / Gyn Care: $150/visit + tax.
Options Counseling: sliding scale/pay-what-you-can, $0 - $50/hour

Wildwood Midwifery accepts cash, check, Venmo, or Paypal payments, as well as payments made through a Health Savings Account (HSA)
Wildwood Midwifery’s billing service assists clients with private insurance reimbursement, and can bill most but not all private insurance companies for midwifery care and home birth services. Unfortunately, Licensed Midwives (LMs) are considered “out-of-network” providers, which means that we are often not covered at a full percentage rate.
Lucy is an approved Medicaid provider in the state of New Mexico, and can bill for those who have Blue Cross Community Centennial or Presbyterian Centennial insurance.
Lucy believes that midwifery care should be available to all who are eligible and desire these services - therefore, sliding scale fees and payment plans are available as needed/requested.
